At LAID Beauty Bar, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your beauty routine remains flawless while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
